Females in Finance Talent Lab Series | Sky

Sky's Females in Finance Talent Lab is a three-month hybrid programme designed to help ambitious female students build confidence, skills, and connections in Finance.

Finance sits at the heart of everything Sky does — from investing in technology and content to driving commercial performance. This programme gives you real insight into the diverse careers available, while equipping you with the tools and networks to thrive.

What's included:
  • Skills-focused workshops and coaching opportunities
  • Graduate buddy and mentoring system
  • "Ask Me Anything" sessions with Finance professionals and graduates
  • Networking with Sky employees and senior leaders
  • Insight into Sky's Finance internship and graduate pathways

Three sessions, all at Sky's Osterley campus:
  • Session 1 – Discover | 1 July 2026
  • Session 2 – Explore | 5 August 2026
  • Session 3 – Showcase | 2 September 2026

Participants who stand out may be considered for Sky's Finance recruitment process.

Who should apply? Second-year students (or third year on a four-year course) with an interest in commercial Finance, regardless of degree subject. You'll need the right to work in the UK.
