This 3-day paid Insight Programme is aimed at students of Black heritage who are interested in exploring a career in Audit at KPMG, one of the UK’s largest professional services practices. By Black heritage, we mean students who identify as Black, African, Caribbean, Black British, or from other Black or Mixed Black ethnic backgrounds. Running from 24–26 June 2026, the programme is paid at the living wage and provides hands-on exposure to how Audit teams deliver insight and assurance to some of the world’s largest organisations.

During the programme, participants will network with Audit professionals, develop key professional skills, and gain insight into KPMG’s culture, values and career pathways. The experience is designed as a pipeline into KPMG’s 2027 Audit Graduate Programme, with successful participants able to complete an assessment that may lead to a graduate offer in the same business area and location.

The programme is open to penultimate year students from any degree discipline who meet the academic criteria
