This 4-week Audit Vacation Programme, running in July, offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within one of the UK’s largest Audit practices. You’ll work alongside our audit teams to understand how we deliver high-quality audits, providing insight, challenge and assurance to some of the world’s largest organisations, while making a meaningful difference to businesses and the wider community.

During the programme, you’ll gain exposure to the end-to-end audit process, develop core professional and commercial skills, and build an understanding of different sectors and clients. You’ll work on real-time, real-life projects, collaborate with colleagues across our audit community, and experience our hybrid working model, balancing office-based learning with flexibility.

The programme is designed as a pipeline into KPMG’s Audit Graduate Programme, with successful participants considered for a graduate offer in the same business area and location as their Vacation Programme. It is open to penultimate-year students or those due to graduate in 2027, from any degree discipline, who meet the academic requirements and are motivated to build a long-term career in Audit.
