This 3-day paid Insight Programme, running 24th - 26th June, is aimed primarily at students of Black heritage who are interested in exploring a career in Tax at KPMG. By Black heritage, we mean students who identify as Black, African, Caribbean, Black British, or from other Black or Mixed Black ethnic backgrounds. You’ll gain insight into how Tax teams work collaboratively with organisations of all sizes, helping them navigate complex tax policy landscapes and remain compliant with regulation by paying the right tax at the right time.

During the programme, you’ll meet colleagues from across our diverse Tax teams, develop professional skills, and learn about the meaningful difference we make to businesses and the communities we serve. Over three days, you’ll network with our people, explore career opportunities within Tax, and gain a deeper understanding of our work.

The programme is open to final-year students and recent graduates and is designed as a pathway into KPMG’s 2026 Tax Graduate Programme, with successful participants able to complete an assessment that may lead to a graduate offer in the same business area and location as the Insight programme.
