You'll be matched with a Year 13 student who wants to study a STEM subject at uni, and you'll mentor them across the academic year. Drawing on your own experience, you'll help them pick the right course and university, write a personal statement that actually sounds like them, get through their UCAS application and build the confidence to aim high.

If you're accepted onto the programme, then:
- September: You'll be matched with your mentee. Mentoring begins and your community space opens.
- October: Access a mentoring directory of GSK career mentors.
- Autumn: Most engaged mentors are invited to the GSK Insight Day.
- November: Join the exclusive GSK masterclass.
- Across the year: Keep mentoring as the focus shifts from UCAS to settling into uni, and earn your certificate and reference.
